Late 19th-century bilingual poster for the Compagnie de l’Ouest and Brighton ‘PARIS to LONDON, ENGLAND and SCOTLAND via PARIS St LAZARE STATION’ illustrated by Gustave Fraipont (1849–1923) featuring a Scottish bagpiper in traditional dress. Fraipont & Moreau Printers, 95 Rue de Vaugirard, Paris. 76 cm x 105 cm. Very good condition, mounted on board. Very slight foxing on the backing (lower margins).
