Central Tibet, late 18th - early 19th century
Himalayan Art Resources item no. 2890

This elegant Tibetan dagger with its original iron blade, its hilt and scabbard in repoussé gilt copper alloy, decorated openwork of flower and foliate motifs, including Dharmachakra symbol at the bottom of the scabbard.
