A TURQUOISE-INLAID BRONZE SWORD Warring States period Well cast, with a double, bevelled blade, the winged guard inlaid on both sides with a stylised taotie mask, the guard with two finely grooved rings similarly inlaid with turquoise, the bronze patinated to a smooth grey colour with patches of encrustation. 45.7 cm (18 in.) long Provenance Property of a Lady.
