H.: 240 cm – W.: 340 cm Fragment mounted in a wooden frame. (There appears to be a cut at the bottom of the tapestry). Bibliography: Pascal Bertrand, 2013, Aubusson, Tapestries of the Enlightenment, Splendours of the Royal Manufactory, supplier to Europe in the 18th century, p.134, no.131. This lot comes from the reception room of the Château d’Arcangues. Dismantling and handling are the responsibility of, and at the expense of, the buyer.
