Silverware set, Iran, 20th century Two circular silver boxes with lids and four coasters, with chased floral rosette decoration incorporating bird and architectural motifs on the lid of the small box. Each piece hallmarked 84 (zolotnik) under the base, the boxes also hallmarked with a Persian name and "parvarsh" respectively. Diameter: 17.4; 9 and 10 cm (bottom of bottle); weight: 997 g Small scratches, minor knocks, traces of oxidation.
