‘To all French people. France has lost a battle! But France has not lost the war!’
Second print run of 10,000 copies, printed by J. Weiner Ltd – London WC1, featuring the characteristic typographical errors of Fallek’s first edition: the ‘d’ in ‘servitude’ is replaced by an inverted ‘p’; the ‘d’ in ‘servitude’ is misaligned vertically; the ‘e’ in ‘péril’ lacks an accent. English-style tricolour border – blue on the outside, red on the inside. English translation framed in the bottom left-hand corner.
Extremely rare
76 x 50 cm
Good condition (a few foxing spots, crease marks, a small tear in a fold and at the margin, a small loss in the bottom right-hand corner)
