A collection of thirty artefacts from the battles of the Consulate and the Empire, excavated items: buttons, including one from a sailor in the Consuls’ Guard; grenades, some bearing a number; an eagle; a small sword; buckles... ; the set is presented in a framed display under glass; inside, a small escutcheon at the bottom bears the inscription: CAMP DE BOULOGNE 1804; 33.5 x 41 cm. (Some pieces are loose or have come away).
Consulate and First Empire period. Good condition
