Sword of an officer in the King’s Bodyguard, second model, featuring four branches of laurel leaves, with the royal coat of arms crowned, with a cap; a long, entirely chiselled tail, adorned at the top with a fleur-de-lis in a medallion, the lower ring of the tang replaced, the tang covered with filigree chagrin; slightly curved blade with a double fuller, gilded and blued to one-third of its length, subsequently altered; iron scabbard with two flat iron bands decorated with fillet work, pommel adorned with knobs, scabbard mouth in chiselled brass with foliage decoration
