A handwritten service record of Mr Jacques Bernard de Vigier, a naval lieutenant, drawn up on 21 June 1814; he beganhis military career in May 1779 as a naval cadet and ended it as a lieutenant in October 1790. Enclosed is a letter from his father, dated 28 May 1780, from the Fort Royal in Martinique, and another service record from the frigate *L’Apollon*, dated 6 June 1780. In good condition
