A fine cross of a Knight of the Order of Saint Michael. Four bifid arms with pommels, white enamel around the rim, the centres featuring a wavy green flame on a gold background. Four fleurs-de-lis flank the arms. Identical centres: against a gold background, Saint Michael is depicted slaying the dragon. Chiselled acanthus-leaf clasp, fluted ring. Some chipping and cracks on the white enamel at the tips.
