A fine navaja, made in France for the Spanish market and marked ‘Toledo’ Total length 350 mm Flat blade, flat back, half-beveled edge, ‘Toledo’ marking in an oval cartouche on the blade’s side, three brass-sheet guard plates: a trilobed pommel guard, a rectangular central guard with bevelled sides, and a basalt-style guard at the base, 4 scales: 2 painted bone scales and 2 riveted pale horn scales; slight non-penetrating oxidation on one side of the blade. Also included is a folding knife with a Bowie-style blade, a long spring set into the back of the blade, a dorsal locking lever, and 2 long brass guard pieces; total length 125 mm Condition 2
