Description
A rectangular, painted wooden chest of drawers with three rows of four drawers each, two of which are in the first row. The front and sides feature a decoration of mouldings and acanthus leaves forming panels and cartouches surrounded by latticework against a red background. The top, moulded with a corbin’s beak, is painted to imitate marble. The upright sides, the front ones being rounded, rest on small feet. Patinated bronze fittings: lock plates and drop handles with valets.
