Dimensions: H_52 cm W_151 cm Our painting is inspired by the compositions of Frans Francken II on the subject of Esther before Ahasuerus. Painted on several occasions by Francken and his workshop, this scene reflects the 17th-century Flemish taste for subjects drawn from the Old Testament.
