A beautiful, curvaceous chest of drawers in carved and moulded walnut, with three drawers running the full length. The front features six panels framed by mouldings embellished with acanthus leaves. The undulating lower rail is adorned with a central shell motif, foliage and volutes. The sides feature smooth recessed panels framed by a moulded edge. The curved legs, with the front ones enhanced by recessed panels, rest on small, arched feet finished with scrolls. Lock plates and foliage-decorated handles in gilded bronze.
