Description
Albert FERAUD (1921–2008) Composition. Sculpture in cut and welded stainless steel. One-off piece. Signed on the back of the base. H: 80; W: 60; D: 44 cm. Note: Albert Féraud was one of those who transformed the image of sculpture in the 20th century. He initially experimented with production scrap before moving on to using sheets of stainless steel. He was passionate about metal and, like César – who was a friend of his – he did not hesitate to use recycled industrial materials such as stainless steel, which he cut, crumpled, bent and welded.
