Beautiful carved wood shelving unit
Rectangular in shape, with two sections, the upper section consisting of a series of six shelves formed by asymmetrical niches and two small niches opening into two doors, and the lower section forming a cabinet, opening into two doors and three drawers. The doors are openwork with latticework and the shelf frames are finely openwork with a geometrical Greek décor ending in a dragon's head, while the panels and drawers are carved in high relief with dragons among clouds. Finely chased ormolu fittings on the hinges and lingzhi handles on the drawers.
