CHINA, Kangxi period (1662-1722) A rare scroll-shaped porcelain vase, the cylindrical body with marked shoulders, surmounted by a straight neck with median ring, presenting an elegant decoration in green family enamels of elegant ladies playing go and making music in luxuriant gardens. The scenes are accompanied by poems and seals. The neck decorated with dragons. A double blue circle mark under the base. Height: 49 cm Diameter: 20 cm (A crack on the underside, wear to the enamels) Provenance: - Collection from eastern France
