Porcelain bowl, mounted on a short foot, the quadrangular wall with lobed rim, presenting on the whole of the outer wall a painted decoration in polychrome enamels on a gold background of chimeras playing with their brocade balls above the waves, a decoration of bats in fruits in the central medallion. A six-character Daoguang mark in iron red under the base.
