CHINA, Qing Dynasty, circa 1820
Elegant mandarin necklace, consisting of a series of circular orange cornelian beads, alternating with turquoise beads and four jadeite elements, one of which takes the form of a double gourd, including two pendants with filigree mounts. There are also a few jadeite and amethyst elements to be reattached.
