Set of two gilded lacquered bronze figures
Depicting dignitaries seated on thrones, originally holding tablets of commandments in both hands. Their faces have a concentrated expression, their eyes half-closed; they are bearded with long beards, and their heads are adorned with the characteristic headdresses of dignitaries. They are dressed in long robes with ample folds, the edges of one of which are chased with floral motifs. The thrones are lacquered red and the figures are partially lacquered gold.
