Set on a short foot, with a quadrangular body featuring an ‘S’-shaped spout and an opposite-facing ear-shaped handle, topped by a square, domed lid with a knob, featuring a rich polychrome enamel decoration of animated landscapes in cartouches on either side of the body; the neck is decorated with foliage on a yellow and pink ground, whilst the borders feature poems. A four-character apocryphal Qianlong seal mark on the base.
