Carved agate vase
The rounded body is decorated with a relief design of lotus flowers; the long, straight, quadrangular neck is flanked by two handles in the shape of elephant heads with movable rings.
In its case, with original bill of sale.
Height: 17 cm
One handle broken; base missing.
Provenance: Collection of the Count and Countess de Saint-Victor, acquired from the Wong-Yuk-Ky gallery in Hanoi in the 1930s.
