Axe with partially turned wooden handle and applied with two inserts of minimum 800°/°° silver with floral ornamentation on a textured background, the end applied with a silver bouterolle with engraved decoration, the axe head engraved on one side with the crowned double-headed eagle of the Russian Empire and on the other with Cyrillic text reading: "By the grace of God, this coin took part in the building of St Petersburg, on the 16th day of May in the year 1703".
