Beautiful flintlock shotgun.
Damascus barrel decorated with flowering urns, foliate scrolls and "canon damas" in gold. Silver barley grain with gold radiating pattern. Round-bodied dishes engraved with game and chased with gold tails of dogs. Dogs with round bodies engraved with flowery falls and clouds on the upper jaws. Beautiful chased iron fittings with gold background. The entrance to the ramrod is decorated with the remains of a lion and a stag being chased by a dog. The trigger guard is decorated with a flowering urn and a feline attacking a bird. Back plate decorated with dogs attacking a wolf. Partially chequered veined walnut stock. The ramrod is missing.
