Letters patent, patent of ennoblement of Jean Jacques Antoine Falcon as baron of the Empire.
On vellum with painted coat of arms (minor wear). Given in Paris on 14 February 1810. Signature of the Emperor Napoleon Ier "Napol" and Cambaceres. With its seal of red wax and its ribbons.
Traces of moisture and small holes, more particularly in the left lower part.

Jean Jacques Antoine FALCON (1771-1813) squadron leader, aide-de-camp, baron of the Empire by letters patent of 14 February 1810. He was a colonel in 1813. Died for France on 29 August 1813 in the battle of Lowenberghe. Officer of the Legion of Honour.
