Description
A small clock, known as an ‘officer’s clock’, made of chiselled and gilded bronze, decorated with oak leaves, rows of pearls and daisies; the enamelled dial is signed ‘ROBERT’ and ‘COURVOISIER’. Anchor escapement, spiral balance spring. It is adorned with a movable handle and stands on four spindle-shaped feet (one of which has been replaced).
