Rare BEAUTY SET - Rectangular EVENING WATCH in silver and rose vermeil (900‰), fluted, chiselled, re-pierced and openwork on a mirror-polished background, decorated with ‘birds, butterflies and bouquets of flowers’ set off by round green stones in closed-set settings (chocs).
Rectangular WATCH CLASP, entirely chiselled. Gilded and enamelled dial featuring small flowers, opening onto compartments for powder, lipstick and a comb (attached). Does not work.
French craftsmanship, circa 1953.
Master’s hallmark of the jeweller HELLUIN-MATTLINGER.
