Description
DAUM - NANCY Jug with ovoid body and small hot-moulded spout, detached side handle damaged and glued back together with its stopper. Proof in orange-yellow and violet marmorated glass. Acid-etched lily decoration entirely enhanced with natural polychrome enamels (stopper missing, handle reattached). Signed and located on the bottle, stopper numbered 8 on the reverse. Height: 20 cm (total) History: a pitcher of a similar shape is in the collections of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris (n°inv. 997.76.104).
