Description
René LALIQUE (1860 – 1945) Square brooch ‘Four Moths’, a design created around 1912. A piece in white moulded pressed glass with a satin-matt and glossy finish, set in a brass mount (a chip in the decoration). Signed on the setting and bearing a square silversmith’s hallmark. 3 x 3 cm History: featured in the 1928 catalogue, removed from the catalogue in 1932 and not re-listed after 1947.
