Charles SCHNEIDER (1881 – 1953) – FRENCH GLASS ‘Campanules’ jug, a design created circa 1922–1925, with a conical body and a hot-formed spout, featuring a detached side handle wrapped around the body of the jug. Exemplar in purplish-brown powdered glass on an orange-yellow marbled ground. Decor of stylised bellflowers etched in reserve using acid (small chip at the tail of the handle) Signed on the base.
