Description
Émile GALLE Works (1904–1936). A baluster-shaped vase on a pedestal, made of multi-layered glass; the yellow-orange base, with subtle shading, is covered with a brown-violet overlay etched with acid to create a strong relief effect, depicting a composition of oleanders with wide-open corollas, accompanied by highly graphic, cascading foliage reminiscent of stylised palm fronds or fronds descending from the neck towards the base. Small kiln mark beneath the base. H_42cm. Expert: Mr Marc LALLEMENT. - Expert: Marc LALLEMENT
