A baluster-shaped vase in topaz-amber-tinted blown glass, with a cylindrical neck flanked by two applied ring-shaped handles, each adorned with a serrated opaline white glass palmette enhanced with gilding. The body is adorned with a rich polychrome enamelled and gilded decoration depicting a fantastical winged griffin rearing up, facing a roughly sketched shield, the whole surrounded by gilded foliage, polychrome fleurons (red, blue, turquoise) and stylised lambrequins.
