Bénédicte Balme in Le Brusc (20th century)
Set of two lidded pots
Made of polychrome earthenware. Green glazed bases with light turquoise blue drips. Truncated conical bodies resting on three feet, each shaped like a fish’s head. Lids decorated with a fish-shaped relief handle. One piece features two shell-shaped handles on the sides, whilst the other bears the hand-painted signature ‘Le Brusc // BL’ for Bénédicte Balme.

Diameter of opening 12 and 13.5 cm – Total height 16 and 15 cm
Small painted chips (restorations) and a chip reattached to a fin. A non-original lid that does not fit well.
