Brewery created in 1872 in Geneva, coupled with a tavern, created by several Geneva cafe owners (under the presidency of Frédéric de Stoutz). 1927, it was bought by the Feldschlösschen brewery, from Rheinfelden. It closed in 1969 (Source: bge-geneve.ch and various).
