COINTREAU TRIPLE SEC -
Extremely rare polychrome plaster bas-relief in the round for the Angevine liqueur, circa 1898.
Represents the famous Pierrot by Nicolas Tamagno (illustrator/affichiste).
Good condition, very good colours, with slight cracks and a few minor chips around the edges.

In 1849, Adolphe Cointreau, a confectioner in Angers, began producing liqueurs, in particular Guignolet (fruit alcohol from the Maine-et-Loire region).
