Original embossed lithographed advertising sheet. 38.5 x 31 cm.
Good condition - uniform appearance. Discreet alterations in the margins and on the left-hand side of the illustration. The overall condition is satisfactory.
Manufacturer "J.MALATERRE-Marseille" the Malaterre-Pourrière soap factory, located at 8 and 10 Rue de la Croix, Marseile, produced quality detergents, soaps and oils, winning awards at the 1906 Marseilles Exhibition.
It was renamed Malaterre-Pourrière in 1915, but disappeared around 1941.
Owner of Rapidor detergent, biRapidor special soap, Tip-Top scouring soap, as well as L'Ermite, Le Portail, Notre Dame du Cap and Le Crible top-of-the-range soaps, and Le Puits oils.
