ZENITH BEER - 1960
Original advertising coaster/mirror. 49 x 39 cm unframed and 52.5 x 42.5 with frame. Signed "A.Gerrer S.A Mulhouse 60".
Beautiful condition.
The colours are remarkably well preserved.
Framed, it shows two alterations located exclusively in the border (upper left border and inner left border), discreet and with no effect on the visual.
The mirror, which is presented framed, has not been decropped; it was therefore not possible to examine the condition of the borders outside the frame.
Founded under the name of Brasserie Geismar, the establishment on boulevard Massenet in Marseille (Saint-Joseph district) became Compagnie Française de Boissons in 1924, then Brasserie du Zénith. Bought out by SEB (Société Européenne de Brasserie), it then became Générale de Brasserie SA before ceasing trading in 1966.
