Beautiful condition.
The colours are deep, the brilliance brilliant and the gold highlights very present. There is some minor discrete oxidation, mainly around the edges.
The Brasserie de l'Atlantique was founded in Bordeaux in 1806 (Brasserie Générale, then Tottenham) and changed its name to Atlantique around 1900. Distributed under the "Bière du Coq" and "Spalthaller" brands, with exports to Africa, Asia and the Middle East.
The company became part of Brasserie de la Meuse in 1949 (it was taken over in 1959), and in 1966 became part of SEB, where it produced "La Meuse" and then "Kanterbräu". The site closed in 1979.
