MARCHAL LIGHTHOUSES - 1927 Rare original enamelled advertising plaque with a strong convex shape, complete with its double-sided enamelled band supported by its chains. 66 cm in diameter. Enamel version. Ed.Jean" version. After Roger PÉROT (1908-1976) (not mentioned) - Very good condition - Rarely fresh colours, perfectly sustained, combined with a remarkable brilliance offering a first-rate visual quality, enhanced by the convexity. Some localized alterations at the fixing points. The headband has good colour, with a more subtle sheen. There is marked oxidation around the edges, with areas where the metal support has been altered by corrosion, but this has no major effect on the overall appearance. - A very fine copy. A geometric construction typical of art deco, with warm and cool colours enhancing the graphics. A modern iconography of technological mastery.
