Note by Leonid Gabrilovich. Brochure, 3 pp., 27 x 21.5 cm, author’s dedication to Dmitry Ryabushinsky on the cover. LEONID GABRILOVICH (1878–1953) – mathematician, philosopher, engineer and inventor. From 1901 until his departure from Russia, and subsequently in exile, Gabrilovich was actively involved in literary and journalistic work, publishing numerous articles and reviews, and writing poetry. He was close to the writers associated with the ‘Fakely’ anthologies, read his works at Vyach. Ivanov’s ‘tower’, took part in K.K. Sluchevsky’s ‘Fridays’, and attended F. Sologub’s literary evenings. From 1902 onwards, Gabrilovich published a series of philosophical articles in the journals ‘Questions of Philosophy and Psychology’, ‘The New Cause’, ‘The Polar Star’, ‘Freedom and Culture’ and others.
