The regulations on the wearing of uniforms published by him in 1910 became the fundamental, most comprehensive collection of decrees regarding the rules for wearing military uniforms in Russia in the 1910s, upon which all subsequent editions were based. Up until 1917, additions and amendments were made to the regulations on the wearing of military uniforms, but no such comprehensive collection of guiding documents was ever produced again. Rare.
