Dragoon officer’s sabre, 1841 model, the pommel and single-branch guard in gilded bronze decorated with foliage and flowers; the tang in black filigree leather with a sword knot embroidered with silver thread; the steel blade marked on one side ‘W. Walscheid Solingen’ and on the other ‘Proved’. With a steel scabbard. Signs of wear. Russia, second half of the 19th century. L. 102 cm (with scabbard); L. 99 cm (sabre).
