An important collection of around fifty plates depicting the uniforms of the Imperial Russian Army, during the reign of Emperor Alexander II, circa 1857–1881. Coloured lithographs, based on drawings by Karl Karlovich Piratski (1813–1871) and Pyotr Kirillovich Gubarev (1818–after 1874). Not collated. Some bear the stamp of the Library of the Grodno Hussars Regiment. Folio format (H. 44.5 x W. 31.5 cm).
