Libava, Courland Governorate (Libau, Courland Governorate — now Liepāja, Latvia), ‘Libavski Vestnik’ Printing and Lithography Works, 1908. Compiled by Lieutenant-Colonel V. Godunov and Lieutenant A. Korolev, officers of the regiment, to mark the bicentenary (1708–1908) of this cavalry regiment. XI, 331, 113 pp., 8 plates (illustrations, portrait, map). Printed dedication at the beginning of the volume ‘To Her Imperial Majesty the Sovereign Empress Maria Feodorovna, the Smolensk Uhlans devoutly dedicate [this work]’, followed by an engraved portrait of the Empress with a facsimile of her signature ‘Марія’.
