Bookplate of Konstantin Yevgenyevich Kovanko (Saint Petersburg, 1873–Helsinki, 1918), Russian military officer and diplomat, Russia’s plenipotentiary representative to Finland in 1918. - Instructions for the supply of horses and carts with harnesses to the troops, and for their transport to the units, Saint Petersburg, Military Printing Office (in the General Staff building), 1910, 235 pages followed by 17 pages of appendices.
