with a cross-over design and concealed fastening, made of dark green woollen cloth (fastened with a hook and eyelet), red piping, with red cloth epaulettes featuring gold braid and fringes, a gold button and a gold ‘90’ insignia, two-column facings in gold thread (oxidised), a stand-up collar in sky-blue cloth, red piping and metallic facings embroidered with gold cannetille. Lining in cream and black silk. Signs of wear, damage and missing sections.
