A parade helmet worn by the lower ranks of dragoon regiments that were never cuirassiers,
with a domed shape covered in black leather, adorned with a transverse braid of black horsehair; the front plate features the imperial eagle in silver-plated brass, a black leather visor edged with silver-plated metal and a neck guard; chinstraps made of silver-plated metal scales with a white, orange and black metal regimental cockade.
