Officer’s cap of Her Majesty Empress Alexandra Feodorovna’s Crimean Cavalry Regiment. The upper crown is made of scarlet woollen cloth with black piping; the band is of black woollen cloth with black piping, featuring a black-enamelled gilt metal officer’s cockade mounted on a metal rosette; the peak is of black patent leather. Signs of wear and small moth holes. Reign of Nicholas II, 1907–1914. H. 12.5 x D. (inside) 16 cm.
