A pair of shoulder boards belonging to a lieutenant-colonel, most likely of Emperor William I’s 5th Kaluga Infantry Regiment, embroidered with gold thread and the cipher of William I of Prussia, with red piping and three silver stars, gold buttons. Signs of wear. Russia, late 19th–early 20th century. H. 15 cm.
