A rare pair of admiral’s epaulettes of the Navy,
Adjutant-General of His Imperial Majesty’s Retinue, with gold zigzag braiding on red cloth and white edging, embroidered with three polychrome imperial eagles centred on the Cross of St Andrew and re-embroidered with the cipher of Tsar Nicholas I in silver thread, with gilt buttons featuring the imperial eagle and a naval anchor. Signs of wear and tarnish, minor losses.
